Daryl Said:

If you have a bachelor degree and considering changing careers to medical billing & coding ?

We Answered:

yes I mean you do not need a bachelors degree to be a medical coder and biller...although it would look really good on your resume.

you should have a certificate in medical C&B before hand

anything in healthcare/medical field is a good choice because people are always needed in that field...jobs are slowly being taken away from us but that is something that will always be around!

good luck =)

Lucille Said:

Medical billing career question for those who have done it or are doing it.?

We Answered:

About two months. If you work in an office about $10 an hour. If you recruit your own clients and do electronic claims submission, it can be 7-14% of what you bring in for the doctor. It's not a difficult course.
