The higher the grade requirements for entry to Uni courses - the more likely they are to be good/popular

You may need to have proof of English language level; take a Cambridge IELTS exam for British Universities. You can see the level required for the course you apply for on each University course website.

British citizenship is more long term...easier if you marry a British citizen. Good luck!

In terms of money wise your best choice would be Edinburgh. You would still have to pay for your course but I think you can get help whereas Students in England don't have help from the government. Edinburgh University is one of the best in the world. My advice would be to go there. Edinburgh is a beautiful city with a wealth of things to do from lots of clubs, pubs, cinemas, theatres, galleries etc :) I'm Scottish so yeah come to Scotland for one of the best educations in the world :D

Since you are a resident of Louisiana, then their better schools should be first consideration. Your graduate degree is judged much more by school than your Bachelors and the last thing you need is to leave school with huge debt burdens.

However, to find schools that are looking for students with your qualifications, there are several free online services. CollegeBoard.com is a good one. The Princeton Review also has a good one.

Brussels airlines offers so-called "early savers" tickets at about 20-30 GBP one way, so about 140 GBP for the return ticket, all charges included, from Birmingham to Brussels, mid June.

Similarly, a booking site such as Lastminute.com offers the same return ticket a bit cheaper.
