Colleges In Finland For International Students

Gina Said:

Doesn't this article disgust you all, why we fund private schools is beyond me? (australians only)?

We Answered:

I partly agree. Funding private schools seems completely backwards and irrational. That sucks, while the public system suffers. That's a hot topic. Given that, Australia does in fact have one of the highest standards in education in the world. It's convenient that McGaw compares us to "Finland, Korea, Japan or Canada" which have the highest ranking education systems so that doesn't really say much. I don't know why you'd suggest we'd do better in the USA because the US has one of the most pathetic education systems in the world. I have a poor background and attended numerous public schools, done well for myself, and I've also travelled much of the world and am shocked at the education of the average American.

Erik Said:

Is there bullying in finland colleges for international students?

We Answered:

No you won't be.

But you should know that many foreigners view us Finns as somewhat reserved, and perhaps shy, as we do not actively seek contact with people. That's nothing personal, it's just part of the natural character.

We Answered:

it is very concerning
public schooling in australia isn't too bad
but it would be a lot better if we didnt waste money on private schools that would function fine with theyre own fund from student admissions.
i would have to say though the american education system is declining rapidly every year money is taken from the education system and given to the military. about 5 percent of its anual budget under bush
