Most of these are scams because you have to pay in some form or fashion, like for training or job opportunities of whatever. There are some legit ones, see www.athomeopps.com but most of them have waiting lists because so many people want to do data entry and few people quit. There are other options, for instance as a college student you could publish your papers online after you get them back from your professor for cash. You could get a customer service job, they pay just as well if not better than part time jobs. You could do freelance writing or blogging. There are plenty of ways to make money online, just know how to watch out for scams. If you want more affordable tuition then you should consider community colleges and there area number of them. All Chicago city colleges charge the same rate of $309.76 per credit hour.

You will have to contact each institution for information regarding scholarships. Unfortunately their is no U.S. based financial aid available to international students nor is it possible to obtain a U.S. based loan without the a U.S. citizen or permanent resident to co-sign.
