I would suggest joining a IT Consulting company. They normally hire people with no IT experience or even an IT background because they will provide training or you will learn on the job. Some firms to look into are Deloitte, Accenture, Hitachi, IBM, etc.

The catch is you must be willing to travel and can work long hours, but it's worth it even if you work for a couple of years, can learn a lot.
