Since you just started college, you can't do an internship (internships are great--you get a lot of experience).
For you, even a job like being a waiter would be good--you could always say how it taught you skills that will help you.
If you are going for something like accounting, though, it would be great if you could work for an accountant part-time.
You could always take a loan if life+college is too expensive (the interest rates are extremely low.)
So if I were you, I would look for a job that's close to your major (if possible) and that will teach you skills. There are many part-time jobs available, and if you look in the right places, you may be okay.
You could even ask your career counselor at college. He/she may know about a job that doesn't require experience.
