The best jobs for college students can include restaurants (flexible hours and days), refereeing almost any sport (my friend earned almost $1,000 a month doing soccer in Lubbock), working in a child care center or hiring out as a private after-school nanny/sitter, parking cars as a Valet, working retail, hire out to a housekeeping firm, sign on with a party service as a server/bartender.

First place to look is your college job placement office. Next, check Craig's List every day. If you are interested in refereeing go to the local association of your sport.
