So, find jobs that you like. Look for what they want. Include those words in your resume so that yours get chosen in that company's search.

It's just like using Google. You can't find something if you don't use their word. You now want to be found, so use the words they want to find.

I would personally talk to the teacher. As a former teacher it is appreciated when the student talks directly to you versus getting emails and notes from the parents. Especially if you are in AP Biology. Take the words to heart as well. I'm certain if you believed this teacher once had best intentions, she probably still does, but is wondering why you aren't trying as hard (by your own admission) in her class. Take every challenge on upfront and personal. In the end, you will have a much better relationship with this teacher and perhaps learn more along the way.

It's good. first of all though, check your punctuation. You have commas in front of ands where you don't need them.

One other suggestion: After accomplishing these goals there are many other plans that I plan to live up to.... change it to "After completing my education and training in college, I have many other goals I would like to accomplish."

Also this is the correct punctuation for this sentence::: I know that Mathematics can be a difficult subject for some students, but when I teach, my aim is to show them that they can love learning.

And try this::: I chose the College of the Bahamas because of many reasons. Mainly I chose the College of the Bahamas because it is a chance and opportunity for higher learning. It is also close to my home and I think that if someone is to be successful in their life they must start at home and then go abroad.

Sindy is right about the aroma sense.... How about soft lighting ? We used to use this in our mind control classes which I headed. The reason for this lighting was to make the newcomers feel less shy and more welcomed.
The comments we had from most of our group was the low lighting which made them feel more at ease, less visible to others.
I would suggest to pick each student and ask them what they expect from this class, or what they would like to see or not like to see.
After a few days of getting everybody's opinion, I woudl then go fro there. maybe they can each bring something that is appropriate for the class.
