First off - what type of jobs are you applying for?

For only 16, your resume is actually quite impressive. I can't think of anything I would change. If you don't receive a phone call from a prospective employer, you should call them (if possible). Simply state that you are "checking to see if there are any positions available and that you wished to express your interest in the job(s)." Or something of that nature.

In doing so you will make your name more recognizable and memorable to the employer. Plus showing interest makes you a better candidate even before you get the interview.

Don't be discouraged - these are economically challenging times. I've seen a lot of part-time 'teenager jobs' being filled by older folks who have been laid off, and many more jobs have simply vanished.
