The 700th ivy league school chances question, sorry please help?We Answered:
The admissions office should be familiar with Dutch qualifications - top universities get loads of applications from all over the world. Don't try to convert to the US system - give them your actual results.(Oxford would expect "Diploma Voorbereidend Wetenschappelijk Onderwijs (VWO) with a minimum of 8 in individual subjects." from a Dutch student, so if that's the sort of level you are at, you have a reasonable chance at any Ivy League uni. You don't quite have their recommended level in the SAT but if you got your third mark up to 700 you would have.)
Not having English as your first language would normally be a disadvantage, but I can't see you having a problem given how high your SAT scores in it are.
Good luck!

UPDATE: Is this a Good plan for High School? We Answered:
You're going to have to go back to the planning board. AP classes have prerequisites, you know. CollegeBoard recommends that students take at least Chemistry and Algebra 2 before going on to AP Chemistry. That's why mainly juniors or seniors take it.http://www.collegeboard.com/student/test…
Now, maybe your school does things a little differently. I know mine does. I'm allowed to take AP Biology in my sophomore year (usually you have to be a junior before they even consider it) because I'll be taking Chemistry Honors (the prerequisite is Biology and Chemistry) with it. Also, I have a good work ethic and got 491/500 on the science FCAT (Representing Florida, the place where practically everyone wants to be during the summer)
What happened to Algebra 2? I think that you really should include Geometry and Algebra 2 in your schedule. After all, that's what the SAT Math tests. If you skip those, you won't know exactly how to solve the problems.

Internships for high school students? We Answered:
Talk to a guidance counselor first. They usually have connections with organizations that help out with internships in almost every area. If not then go to a local city hall and just ask someone. Make sure that you have a clear idea of what kind of position you want as well as a resume and references, preferably a past employer or teachers.Don't be afraid to ask questions and always go in with a smile!
Good luck!
