I have not heard of Quest and do not have any experience with AFS, but I have heard it's pretty good. I do, however, know about YFU. This year marks YFU's 60th 'birthday'. It is VERY safe and reputable AND it is recommended by many alumni. To contact alum, go to http://yfuusa.org/american-students/more… . There is even a girl who went to Argentina for a semester with YFU.
