I'd list it under Activities/interests. Stage managing in a school environment is often very different to stage managing anywhere else and I don't know that it could be called work experience.

I've started researching resumes lately, and most of what I've read says to tailor your objective to fit the individual job. Also to stress what you have to give to your employer- like "to use and enhance my customer service skills," something like that.

I don't know what the rule is about putting you want experience since you're a high school student. Employers don't like that on resumes sometimes because it suggests you just plan to use them as a springboard to a better job. As a high school student though, I guess that's just fact.
