I have exactly the same problem and the only solution is to prioritize. You should also consider yourself very fortunate to have so many interests.One thing you can always do though, to keep current with all these interests, is to read everything you can get your hands on.
In a single evening, I've been known to read a mountain of cookbooks, fishing guides, how-to books, musical instrument reference materials and anything else that piques my interest. I never EVER get bored, and when I just can't prioritize, reading fulfills my thirst for more of what I love.
