Let's start with the easy ones first.

High GPA. Started with honors courses, summer programs and challenging courses starting in middle school like my son. He took SAT when he was 15 years old and scored very well and a perfect 800 in math. His GPA is 100+ because of bonuses of Honors and AP classes. So this part is easy.

You can play sports like once every season. Takes a lot of time but still not difficult. So football in fall, baseball in spring, etc. My son, who is going to 11th grade, did not play sports but was co-captain of the robot team that went to nationals and Vice President of the Technology Student's association and has made it to national competition two years in a row.

Since he is ahead in his course work he will have more time for extracurricular activities and community service.

He's also a member of the National Honor Society and therefore is required to do a lot of community service.

So there you are. You know, it's never too late to start.
