Get a wall planner. You will see at a glance what you are doing and when, diaries very often get lost in bags and left behind. Write a list each day of what you need to do. As for play time, its always play time dude! Its just a state of mind, but perhaps that is something that comes in time. Don't work too hard.

Be sure your naps and sleep are done properly as they will propel your energy level throughout the day (I sleep about 6 hours a day, drink 1 coffee cup around 2pm). I then get school over with in the morning, work in the afternoon, come home and snack, go to the gym, come home and do homework and sleep. The hardest part for me is when I have too much free time on my hands and I lounge around and feel lazy, don't do that, always be doing something productive.
