Congratulations on being an honor student, and such an active one!

First, it sounds like you might have a bit too much on our plate for now. You can do it all - but you might not be able to do it all at the same time, right now.

If you had to pick a couple activities - or classes? - to drop, what would they be? Visualize the difference that might make in your life. Consider it. It might be the best thing you do for yourself this year.

For a day or two, chart or journal how you are using your time. It is hard to diagnose how to fix it if you don't have a good idea of what you are doing.

Next, look for any "dead" time that could be used more efficiently. Can you study while waiting for anything? Can you combine any tasks? Can you study more efficiently?
