First of all, if you do have ADHD, you shouldn't be worried about your teachers judging you because of it. If they do, they're sick people.

Second, you'll probably want to consider getting a tutor and start managing your time a little better for more study time. Time management is loads more important than money management in high school and college. This might also explaining why you were good at math in 7th but you aren't now. The math is different, so you need to change your study and homework methods.

After that, you'll probably want to talk to your teachers about all of your missing schoolwork. If you've already done this, but you don't understand, ask them again. It's their job to teach you and they should be doing it properly. Even the cranky teacher. Also, if your English teacher had a brain, they'd notice you were gone for a week. Let your teachers give you at least another week's time to catch up, since you were gone for that long.

Don't worry. Worrying wastes more of your time, and you've lost enough of that. Concentrate on catching up with your assignments then you can deal with catching up mentally and academically. Good luck!
