Courses In Canada For International Students

Deanna Said:

suggestions of universities that are good but not too costly for masters courses in canada or u.k?

We Answered:

(I only know about Canada)

If you are interested in HR, my first suggestion would be to do a masters program at a university. Rather you'll probably want to find some sort of professional designation from a (community) college.

If you are interested in marketing, I would recommend getting your MBA in canada. You'll need to write GMAT (and do well), have some work experience, or have good marks. Good schools would be Ivey (University of western ontario), Queen's, Toronto, Schulich, etc. You'll find that at these schools, general finance, accounting, management will be taught, but in your second year you can concentrate on Marketing and try to launch your career in that direction.

If you're interested in developmental economics, I suggest a masters of Arts (or science), not an MBA. but unfortunately I do not know of a good program for developmental economics specifically. Great schools with econ faculties are Toronto, Western Ontario, Queen's, Mcgill, UBC.
