Seriously, no I don't know of any, but you should start with the internet, look up schools and hospitals there and do some research about their programs and how to make some kind of contact with someone over there, then you could maybe go over for a visit and see what you could find out in person after you've done some research.

no it is not easy, without the citizen priority, you are as second or third class citizen in this freedom country...(not joking) really depending on your GPA and related fieldwork...

well..to your lower paragraphs, its really depending on your studying, your GPA (again) and your future thoughts.

With management and adminstration, the chances are tiny...not if you have your father' friends who are working in US can get you a H1 or you have tiny chances staying here and enjoying the american life hehehhee..

Well, speaking of engineering, the chances are slightly bigger, you know why (fewer students study engineering therefore fewer chances of being ejected)

Places for working? CA and NY...go to large cities ...and at least obtain a master before you EVER thinking of getting the intership...................(maybe i m wrong)

Although I am not a psychologist myself, I did work as a receptionist in a clinic that offered internships. I'm very sorry to have to say this, but it would be extremely difficult for you. The reason being is that psychology students in Australia need a certain number of practical hours before being able to be legally considered psychologists. Positions are extremely competitive. The office I worked in would in general receive almost 200 applications per position it had available. Such is the demand and desperation of people to get their qualifying hours up. I also have a friend who went through her whole degree but never qualified as a psychologist because she never got her hours. She tried to get a position for over a year but was unsuccessful and eventually gave up on it. If things are this difficult for Australian students who understand all the Australian laws and protocol of the industry, it doesn't sound good for international students. If you are able to get connections you can still try your luck, but just be aware of the situation.
