No i am sorry you cannot have access to clubs by using your international student card as it does not come into the valid form of identification such as state ID and drivers license so i would suggest while trying to gain access to any clubs or places which requires identification to access the place you need to carry your passport with you all the times for that and no photocopy of anything won't simply work so the best choice for you is that do not rely on anything else much as your most valid form of identification which is your passport.
