Study Abroad?

We Answered:

Studying abroad introduces you to different cultures that you might have never met in your lifetime. Not only do you get to attend a different type of educational institute, but you get to experience the food, culture, music, art and lifestyle of everyone living in that country.

You can read about the benefits of studying abroad here:

Sergio Said:

How do I study abroad for my MBA at (University of Western Sydney) US and what Jobs can I work? (BSME)?

We Answered:

This is not a complicated question. You are simply asking which visa you need to apply for and the answer is simple, unless you qualify for an employment visa, then you must apply for a student visa.

A student visa comes with conditions and unfortunately for you, they will not let you do what you want to do. The conditions are as follows: you must study full-time, part-time is not permitted. You are only permitted to work 20 hours per week while school is in session and full-time during official holiday periods.

As a U.S. citizen the TOEFL or IELTS is not required. The GMAT and any other requirements set forth by UWS you will need to meet, check their international student admission page for more information.

Is it better 2 hav work experience and get a job abroad or to study abroad and get the job in tht country?

We Answered:

A US college education will allow you to get internships and obtain a 1-year optional practical training work permit once you graduate. You can use this opportunity to find employers who may sponsor you. Also, you will have all the college resources (career counselors, job fairs, on-campus recruiters) at your disposal to help you find a suitable job.
