Study In Spain For International Students

Audrey Said:

Study film making in Spain :)?

We Answered:

Unfortunately, I am not very confident that you will be able to study Film in Spain with instruction in English. There are plenty of international schools in Spain, I'm sure with film programs, but even the international school I attended had all instruction in Spanish.

Stella Said:

how i can get spain PR?

We Answered:

If you can read Spanish, check out http://www.lasrelacionespublicas.com/ - a website which details the profession of Public Relations in Spain, called "Relaciones Públicas" in Spanish.

There's also an online publication about this field at http://www.relacionespublicas.net/ - also only in Spanish.

Best of luck!

I think you will be considered as a resident(home) student. You might need to maybe look up info on their websites so that you know all the other requirements. best of luck to you in your studies

What is it like in Madrid, Spain?

We Answered:

Slow Down!!!! Your directors will help you out with all of the housing stuff.

There aren't dorms in most of Europe, and I don't think there are any in Madrid. Most students USED to live in Residencias, but I think that apartments, shared in groups are more the norm these days. (I lived in a residencia half the year, and an apartment with a Swiss student and another American for the second semester).

SERIOUSLY rethink the one semester thing...MUUUUUUCH better if you go for a full year.

Families? not too likely. There may be some opportunities, but I found that to be less common at the University level.

The program should include lists of good housing, where to live, etc. You probably want to get a place near the metro....good, quick, clean and not too expensive to get around the city, to the airport and train stations for other destinations.

Plan to spend your summer travelling, if it is feasible...lord only knows when you'll be able to get back to do it again.

email me if you want anything more detailed. I was just there, not too long ago, and, although my own student experience was a while ago, some things just don't change.
