It depends on the university and if they recognize the degree you have. They may or may not accept it. You would have to ask someone in admissions specifically at the school(s) you are interested in.

According to their website, they are accredited as a British college. That means very little. I would be very suspicious of a school headquartered in Jersey which is obviously using the prestige of the Cambridge name (which most people would know from Cambridge University) to attract students internationally, without any connection at all to the university.

The legal staus, I'm pretty certain is the same as a degree issued by Michael Mouse. Only Cambridge University and the University of East Anglia have the mandate to give you a degree in that area of the UK. However an Advanced Diploma or BBA is not a degree and can be awarded by anybody, regardless of status, if you would like an Advanced Diploma in being froglike then please send me a cheque for £500 and I will award you one from the Nik International College immediately.

The only way to establish if it is accredited to offer courses to non EU nationals is to check the Tier 4 Register of sponsors on the Borders Agency website. This document is updated daily. You will not be granted a visa unless your chosen college or Uni is on this list.

This college was on the approved list but is currently under suspension. A decision was expected in early September. If you are still interested in attending, give them a call to establish whether they are still under suspension or whether they have been refused a licence.

I suspect that they may be under investigation because they promise full time work to students by arranging work placements. Work placements are acceptable, but must not be more than 50% of your course length and must be assessed as part of your course work.
