How much does land registery cost for five flats each and one freehold in the UK/London?We Answered:
What exactly do you want to do? Are you buying the properties and want to register them, or do you want to find info on properties that aren't yours? If the latter, it'll cost you £2 per entry. If the former, it'll cost £125 or thereabouts per unit to register after you've completed the purchase.

Needed documents to buy a flat in London, UK?We Answered:
Hello Alexander,The main documents that you will need are the ones that you have - passport and ID - so that your solicitor knows who you are and that you are entitled, as an EU citizen, to be here. The solicitor may need some additional papers as well, but if the mortgage is already sorted out, things should be straight forward. Your solicitor will tell you if, for whatever reason, something else is required.
Good luck with it.

What should be the commission for finding a tenant for a studio flat in London, UK?We Answered:
Estate and lettings agents typically charge landlords anywhere from .5 of a month to one month's rent in commission, plus admin fees, unless they are also acting as property manager for the landlord in which case they will take a monthly percentage. What they're willing to give you depends utterly on what their actual commission arrangement is. How much 'help' did you actually provide in finding a tenant? If you played a major part, ask for 25% to 50% of what they receive. If you simply knew of somebody looking for a place and told them you knew about a vacant flat, less. Whether the agent thinks you deserve what you ask for is for the two of you to argue over.

how do I find a furnished flat in London UK?We Answered:
I used to rent a flat in Bayswater and got it thru John D Wood but that was several years ago. Go to this website, http://www.londonpropertyforrent.com/estateagents.html and there is a comprehensive list of estate agents and their individual websites, phone numbers and addresses, and that's a very good starting point I think. Good luck.
