Your personal statement needs to be laid out properly and at the very least spell-checked. Although there are things of interest to the reader, there are others that are a total waste of space (e.g. going to Sheffield because you enjoy having a coffee in the square!). There are also facts that are incorrect - Sheffield Hallam is not in Barnsley; where is downtown Turkmenistan?
I suggest that you summarise what you are trying to convey and then discuss with someone the best way to formulate this. Sorry to be rather negative, but it is better to be like this than for you to send this off and never receive any feedback at all.

Since the website does not readily reveal the cost of these studios and flats, I'd be wary of signing up for one without comparing them with University accomodation.

It's a commercial buy to let and probably includes a higher profit margin than the university rooms.
