Well done on getting your choices!I got a course change from Nott Trent and DIDN'T want to accept it, but there was no option to 'reply to offers' or anything like that. What I did, was to ring up the UCAS helpline 0871 468 0 468 (had to wait about 15 mins on the line though lol) tell them that I had a problem with replying to course choices and that there was no option to do so. So ucas is your best bet.
With the other question, I'm sorry I can't answer it. But I wouldn't think it would be that much of a problem, as in theory you're just adding another year and all the detials like household income etc would be the same.
