I'm single and these are currently my bills = average (remember this is mine and can be different to yours):Mortgage: £255 (currently)
Water - £30.35 (not on a meter)
Council Tax - £70 (I get 25% discount living alone)
Gas - £26
Electric - £18
Phone and Broadband - £22
TV Licence - £12
Food - £100
Insurance (building and contents) - £25
I'm on a prepayment meter for gas and electric and the above is the average monthly based over 12 months.

Should I end this affair? We Answered:
end it. or take a break with your bf. it seems like you cant get over thiis guy quickly, but an affair is just REALLY wrong. you knoww how it hurt you when it happened with your bf, are you really so selfish as to want to hurt him the same?explain your freakin out about commintment and seriousness of the relationship between your bf and 'take a break' use the time to get to know the other guy in terms of having a relationship with. you can even tell the non bf guy you and youyr bf broke up for good and see how he reacts.
note: a god boyfriend will want to make you his. not want to share you with anyone. i dont like the idea of messin around with a guy who is cool with sharing me with a boyfriend.

council tax? explain...?We Answered:
Yes you have to pay Council Tax. As your partner is counted as a student, you will be counted as a single occupier and therefore entitled to a 25% discount. Get a form from the college to show that your partner is a student and go to the Council office to get your discount.Lisa Said:
Colleges in the UK, wanting to get away from here. Suggestions please? We Answered:
Well ... I'm from down South, so I can only recommend colleges from down here. :)St. Olaves Grammar School is the 3rd best performing school and 6th form College in the country. http://www.saintolaves.net/
Personally, from what I've seen and heard of the school (also have many friends that attend,) it's a great place for graphic design courses during college years.

Should I move out of my flat?We Answered:
No harm then in looking around and seeing what other opportunities for flat shares there are out there.Check your lease agreement/contract to see what notice you would have to give and when any deposit money would be returned.
If you are doing an MSc then when does the course end - maybe there is no point in moveing now for just a few months somewhere else.
Maybe the girl who you say is much younger is a tad homesick or whatever and speaking french to the other guy is good for her.
BUt I do sympathise - cos I have had three Polish housemates in the past.
You cannot really blame her if she has lots of friends around who also are french.
I do not see that your other housemates are going to change now and the fact that you have now asked on here what to do seems like you really do need a move.
So check the lease and have a look round to see what else is available.
