Samuel Said:How can I rent my house to a foreign student ?
We Answered:if you know anyone who is a landlord, ask them about it. you'll need to have a lease document, which you can get off the internet and edit on your computer to suit the tenant's needs. like if you will allow pets or not etc.
Ida Said:How a student worker can rent a House in England?
We Answered:nah its kinda tough, any relatives there? they can help
Chad Said:Can international student rent a house?
We Answered:You can legally rent a house. A smart landlord will be glad to have you as a tenant. You do not have to be a U.S. citizen to rent or buy.
Eva Said:Can I get a student loan to pay for a house payment instead of rent?
We Answered:Sometimes loan money won't even cover your tuition and fees, much less rent or a house payment. It isn't really designated for a certain "thing" like rent or a house payment.. you get the excess after your tuition and fees are paid.
So if you qualify for a 5,500 loan (the max a dependent freshman can get) and your tuition and fees are $10,000 then your loan money isn't even enough to cover housing... sorry!
If you are a in independent freshman, then you can only borrow UP TO $9,500 a year. Again, if your tuition and fees are $10,000 a year, then you STILL won't have any money left over for a rent or a house payment.
Be aware your loan money is cut in HALF for each semester (so you wouldn't have the WHOLE amount all at once in the beginning at the semester). so it's not like you could use it as a down payment on a house either.

It's good to know that students can rent at low rates as well.
