First of all, don't worry! I'm sure people have been in the position before and I'm sure you won't be the last!Right then, don't worry about the Student Finance form, I didn't get mine back to the LEA until late August and still got the money on time.
Secondly, if the University have accepted you already, give them a call and explain your situation. They will be able to advise you on what you need to do, and most will allow you to make some form of deferred payment until you have the money come through from the Student Finance Company.
Talk to the Identity and Passport Authority about your situation on 0870 521 0410 and they will be able to inform you of what you can do to get your passport/birth certificate sorted out.
