You can't use the EU Student finance EUPTG1 for the OU as these are only for 'full time' students. OU study is supposed to be part time although people do, in fact, take 120 points of credit (full time study) in a year.Having said that, the OU is incredibly cheap for British students as it is heavily subsidised and it is designed for you to study and work at the same time so, as long as you are not disabled, it should be manageable.
But as the OU is financed differently from a conventional uni, you are not going to be able to pay UK fees, (you will have to pay the considerably higher EU course fees) unless you use a UK address which is not as hard as it seems - most courses only send one or two postings.

If you've applied for Maintenance loan and the Tuition fees then you should be automatically considered for a Maintenance Grant too. There is no additional forms to fill in for it.
