There is no "list" of companies that might consider this. Instead, you need to think about it from a company's point of view. What type of company would be accustomed to dealing with visa issues? Which ones would have the resources to deal with those kinds of problems?

Clearly, you stand a much better chance with large multi-national companies. Focus your energy there. Ignore small local companies (unless their owners are foreign themselves), as they would never be equipped to deal with these types of issues.

And remember, because of the additional cost of hiring someone like you, you would need to be an outstanding candidate to begin with. Consider what you can do to improve the overall perception of your application.

Your fiance can apply for a certificate of approval if he was given his student visa for more than 6 months and he has at least 3 months left on it before its expiry. To support the application you need to provide documentation to show that you can maintain and accommodate him after you are married and intend to live together as a married couple. You will be given a period of 14-21 days in which to get married and following your marriage he needs to apply for a spouse visa as the spouse of a person present and settled in the UK (British citizen).

Bear in mind that all this is only possible if he was granted more than 6 months on his student visa.

As for inviting your godmother and brother-in-law - they should apply for a visitor visa and show that they have a sponsor in the UK (you) who can maintain and accommodate them financially, and that they intend to return to Pakistan after their visit. This can be done at the British Diplomatic Post in Islamabad.
