If it has a school code, list that on your FAFSA and get federal funds. If not, there are private student loans available from the usual places.

If you are here on a student visa you are not eligible for any financial aid in the United States.

You had to prove monies in a bank account as part of the approval process for that visa. Unfortunately, those are the standards and any violation of those standards can result in deportation and loss of the student visa.
