I think you can study with H4 visa. a friend of mine with the same situation as you. his wife did her masters without f1. the only disadvantage of H4 is you cant do your OPT since you dont have a SS number. but some state consider H visa holder as resident, ( for in-state tuition) . hope this helps. good luck.Wanda Said:

I'm not sure if you could keep the offer open for two years as most courses are arranged each year for that year You will probably need to reapply when you are ready to startI delayed my entry for nearly 20 years so being a mature student is not a problem and you apply for student finance based on your circumstances at the time of entry. It will cost you nothing extra
