Your best source to the best answer to your question is your school's Financial Aid Office. Call and ask to speak with the Director - or a Financial Aid Counselor. Tell them that you have questions about your Finance Status and that since you are broke-it is extremely important that you get good answers to your questions.
Don't wait for an appointment.... if possible. If a counselor cannot talk to you right away, ask the person answering the phone your questions. They may actually know the answer. Also, your admissions counselors at your college usually know a good bit about this sort of thing. If all else fails, ask the admissions office, even if your are an enrolled student.Be persistent. Call the Director of Enrollment Services if everyone else gives you the run-around. They would be able to get you to the right person quickly. They are the head supervisor.
