But there are people you will know within your local community that can sign it for you, it is just a case of identifying them.
Your dentist can do it if you go on a regular basis and he knows you.
Do you know anyone who is registered nurse as they can sign them.


A school teacher that you had a good relationship in the past can sign it as well and is a very good option for you as you are moving on in your education and they will happily sign it for you.

Civil servants are simply people who work for the Government and they work in they have a number they can use when signing it.

Ask around your family and friends it is not as hard as you think to find someone.
