I think that it will be pretty much impossible for you to get a loan of that amount in your circumstances. As you are not eligible for the normal student loans you are dependent upon the usual sources (banks etc). Any of these will need to see proof that you can meet the repayments which I assume you will not be able to provide as you will be a full time student and therefore have no income.The savings that you have in your bank will not matter.
I'm sorry but your only option is to continue working until you have saved more money.
