One, they were totally taking advantage of you, 10 a day is insane and two, you do not pepper your letter with apologies, you simply state the new prices, take it or leave it. No, your letter sounds great & they should understand ytour curcumstances. I pay $50.00 a day at daycare so for full time its $250 so the $60.00 you are asking for is VERY REASONABLE!! If they have a problem well then its not like your losing too much money if they dont continue your services & like you said someone else will be more then happy to fill that empty slot im sure
