Tiffany Said:
Is there an MBA or Graduate Finance program that can be had for under $15,000.00 in NYC?We Answered:
Investigate any MBA program carefully before applying. Many new for-profit schools have been started and offer on-line programs but some are worthless. What to look for: Schools' accreditation status (AACSB accreditation or at least AACSB membership is preferred for the MBA) , tuition cost, class sizes, program length. Is the faculty mostly Ph.D.s qualified in business fields? Is the faculty permanent or part-time adjunct teachers who are not as qualified? Is the faculty well published? What are the average entrance exam scores of the students? For instance, if students take the GMAT, is their average below 550 or above 580? Do most students have 2-4 years work experience before starting the program? A cheap program may be more expensive in the long run if you can't get a job.Explore the Official MBA Guide. It's a comprehensive free public service with more than 2,000 MBA programs listed worldwide. It allows you to search for programs by location (US, Europe, Far East, etc.), by concentration (finance, marketing, aviation management, health management, accounting, etc.), by type of program (full-time, distance learning, part-time, executive, and accelerated), and by listing your own criteria and preferences to get a list of universities that satisfy your needs. Schools report their accreditation status, tuition cost, number of students, class sizes, program length, and a lot of other data. Schools provide data on entrance requirements, program costs, program characteristics, joint degrees, and much more. You can use the Guide to contact schools of your choice, examine their data, visit their web site, and send them pre applications. You can see lists of top 40 schools ranked by starting salaries of graduates, GMAT scores, and other criteria.

Apply for government grants. Your local town hall should help you with information. DO NOT GO TO LOAN SHARKS;Crystal Said:
As a returning adult student to college would I get better government financing living on or off campus? We Answered:
Where you live is not taken into consideration in terms of how much funding you can get. They put all of your aid from all sources (loans, grants and scholarships) into your student account, pay your tuition and fees (and dorm expenses if you live off campus), then they disburse the rest to you directly to be used for books and living expenses. So if you have $5000 in aid for a term and your tuition and fees cost $3000 and you live off campus you will get $2000 back. If you live on campus you will get less in your pocket because they will just use your $2000 to pay for the dorm costs. Hope that helps!Jay Said:
Im Pakistani student and coming to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to study my bachelors.?We Answered:
Hey bro! International students can't work on a student visa. A room on a sharing basis can be as low as Rm150-200. Food, depends on how are your eating habits. Normally will be around Rm12-15 / day.Recommend you share your room. Its better to get in touch with your uni mates and get all the contacts for accommodation. The budget is possible but will be very tight. No movies, no cafe, no outings, no dates, just stay in the room. You can find part time jobs, but must be smart not to be caught by the authorities. Not worth the hassle with them. Hope you enjoy your stay and all the best !!
