Tuition refunds depend on if you leave in the middle of a term or not. Usually you don't get anything back, but it depends on the school.I don't think you have to pay back any grants, but you won't get any more and any scholarships will be cancelled.
Student loans usually have to be paid back if you are no longer a student.
