I came to Canada, and know numerous people that changed their minds and went back home
Also the reverse, a couple that had been here for 17 years and she could never get "used to it", they went home, came back 3 months later
Finance wise: Sell while theres a market, no worries about renting out, or management, rent in Australia if markets still fall.
