well, I'm living in alberta and I'm originally from toronto... and i also get cold very easily. i know that when i first moved to alberta... i spent the summer in sweaters and sweatpants but this summer so far it is actually very warm. so i would definatly suggest bringing some good summer clothes. fall here is usually half decent, so the usual fall ensemble is pretty much all you will need... and then there is winter/spring... i combine these two because there is hardly a difference between them. i would suggest a nice WARM jacket (a down filled one would be perfect!!) and some good warm boots. it doesn'tmatter if they are sledding boots or fashion boots... as long as you think that they will be warm enough and as long as you can fit a nice pair of wooly socks in them. :) Good quality touques and mitts willl also benefit you. The first winter that i spent here i went out and bought a hat, mitts, and socks which where actually meant to be worn while snowboarding.... and i ended up staying pretty warm and content during winter. hope this helps!!

well canada is cold and well..see i live right by canada in new york and yea it gets cold so bring lots of coats and hoodies, and sweaters. jeans are like something you NEED and bring scarfs, knit hats, leg warmers and warm things!

It does get extremely cold in the winter, just bring several layering pieces so that you can layer your clothing. You'll most definitely need a good winter coat, bring some long sleeved shirts, mittens or gloves and a toque to keep your ears warm on those cold winter days! As for bottoms, just bring the regular- jeans... pants... and all that =] A couple of pull over hoodies, zip up sweaters, you can never go wrong there. It won`t always be cold though, so also be sure to bring some clothing for warmer weather as there is a lot of warm weather in Alberta as well. I hope I`ve helped!
