I dont think that it will be that hard, as long as you show proof of income than your fine. it doesnt matter if you look young or not it all goes off your actual age, your friend that 17 wont be able to sign the lease tho since they are under age so you have to count her income out. most apartments understand that college kids need places to live so i dont see it being a problem.

anywhere east of campus is a good place to live... between 11th and oakland before summit or so if you want to be within walking distance to campus. south campus is nice because it's close to gateway but north is probably a better area.

I just checked www.orlandoapartmentlocator.com. They have a specific section devoted to UCF apartments, and it looks like The Edge might be your best bet. Most of the other UCF apartments are at least slightly more expensive than they are. Just remember to factor in utility costs when you're searching. The Edge includes Cable TV, internet, water, and an electricity allowance. All of that should save you at least $100 per person.

Right now, the 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom is running $634 per person per month. You could also save some money by renting a 4/4. They're only $529 per person.

OMG!! this just screams disaster. PLEASE listen.

If you do this you will end up paying back way more than you borrowed, unable to pay it off anywhere near quick enough due to interest rates etc and will end up blacklisted on your credit rating. Please listen to someone trying to save you a whole lotta heartache that will go on for YEARS.

After I got myself into Uni as a mature student (24) I did my degree over a longer period of time by taking less hours so I could GET A CASUAL / PART TIME JOB or two, and live very strictly on a budget to put myself through uni and share a crappy house with a flatmate.

As a result less than a few years after graduating I own my own home and other than that am pretty debt free. Before all this I got myself into all sorts of trouble taking out 'loans' and not getting ahead, just further in hell. It will get to the point where you don’t want to answer the phone because you already know who it is- the debt collectors.

Take my advice. I work for a bank.
