Water charges are seperate. Even if you were on Income support you would have to pay for them. They are not included in the Council tax. Some Landlords will include them in the rent, most won't. Please pay it, as the water companies are very quick to take people to court for non payment.

Coaches are much cheaper and when youve an idea of your itinarey then buy a Britexplorer from the coach station at victoria in Central London.Coach takes longer but its much much cheaper.

Get saving because costs go up here every single day,you may find anything but very basic is way out of reach in London.4/5 days in london you are looking at a bare minimum with cheap food,a cheap hostel,transport and the odd treat thrown in of £50/£60 per day and thats watching every single penny and it wouldnt be hard to spend double.fortunately the rest of the country is much cheaper though Bath and Oxford can both be very pricey as well.
