She needs to set some ground rules and stick to them.

If the job is stressing you out and not covering what you need it cover, you have two options; put in your resignation or have a talk with her. Since she's busy, she may be willing to negotiate, but then on the other hand, she could be a jerk. If you do confront her on this, be prepared for both, as it could go either way.

Remember, this is a part-time college job and your not going to make it your career, so do what's best for you in the long run. As an engineering student with other obligation, you don't need the added stress.
