Uk Student House 1

Dean Said:

Can we bring our fiance with student visa TIER 4 to UK?

We Answered:

You cannot bring your fiance to the UK to marry her.

Tier 4 student dependents must be a partner or a child. Unless you have been living with your fiance for at least two years and can provide evidence of this throughout the two year period in the form of official correspondence such as joint bank statements, joint rent agreements and utility bills, your partner must be your married spouse.

Jeff Said:

How loud can I legally be in a shared house in UK?

We Answered:

This is surely a matter of reasonableness. If the landlord finds that you are disruptive, and possibly having a bad effect on the electrical fittings, then he will presumably have no difficulty in getting an eviction notice against you on the grounds of anti-social behaviour. It sounds as though this is not so much a shared house as a house in which you have rented a room as a lodger. As I have neighbours who make an abnormal amount of noise overhead (to the extent of allowing visiting small boys to run up and down playing football), I can tell you that jumping up and down is extremely disruptive and must disturb your landlord immeasurably. You talk about protecting your interest, but it sounds more as though your landlord has an interest to protect, especially if he/she works from home. There must be other places where you can exercise in this rumbustious manner -- such as the local park.

Bertha Said:

i urgently need WiFi access in my property (UK) for the tenants. how do i get that and where do i start?

We Answered:

Your long question has provided us the complete information about the problem With laptops spread over 3 floors, I am not sure that a foolproof system can be developed. Modern routers have a good range, but this will be stretching it a bit too far.

If you have a BT Broadband service, I would suggest that you use the services of the BT Home IT service. You can contact them by visiting the website:

www.bt.com/homeit

Clicking on the call me back button. This is a Paid service, but you can discuss the problems and rates, before taking a decision.

URGENT!!! applying for UK spousal visa 2 1/2yrs after marriage!!!!?

We Answered:

His prior visa denial is on record. That may still be a problem.

How did you two meet and get to know one another prior to deciding to marry? Or was this an arranged marriage? If it was an arranged marriage, you have another problem. You were bought and are being used - or he would have married a nice local girl the family has known for ages. You know how that goes... so why fall for it? Money?
