IT jobs demands fluctuates alot, depending on the introductions of new hardwares/systems.

If you have a masters degree, do you have a previous working experience? The reason I'm asking is b'cos when you are applying for jobs, you will be looking at managerial level b'cos of your masters degree. Without previous work experience, the employers will not be hiring you with master's salary.

So in case that you haven't got a job for sometime, try not including your masters' qualification and see if you can get entry level jobs first, and then gradually upgrading your career by including your masters qualification in your resume later.
