Most of the jobs available will be in the fast food industry. It also depends on where you are living in Melbourne. If you are going to be living on campus then there probably will be advertisements for jobs that you can look at. Where you are living will also depend on how much you spend each day on transport as well. Probably no more then $10 a day for public transport.To get a drivers license you need to go to VicRoads to get the forms. Also what kind of improper driving are you talking about? If you are in Australia on a visa and get caught driving with no license or drunk driving then you will get a fine and maybe something from immigration or something like that.
