Leeds if you're talking University of Leeds rather than Leeds Metropolitan, I go to Leeds it's the biggest student area out of London and the best university out of the these you've given. It will look best on your CV. Although having said that nursing is vocational and not my degree so there may well be a better place for it.
Check out The Times (newspaper) Good University Guide, it's not the be all and end all of a good university but it'll give you a clue as to whether it's any good or not.
