That just makes you feel exhausted. I did job searching in all the stores 6 months back. Remember the person who filters the application and selects for interview are the guys working in that store. Mostly the store manager. Mostly these store managers will try to fill the position with the person who he knows. Believe me that happens.

This is what I did. I went to retail park or some malls where there are lots of shops. Had a one page resume just giving the very important details like address, phone number and references. I walked into the store and asked them whether there are any vacancies. If there are they sometimes will give an application form, you can fill it and return to them. In this way you will definitely be called for interview. Sometimes they will say, there are vacancies and ask for the resume .You can give the resume to them. Sometimes, they will say there are vacancies, but they dont accept application forms in store and ask you to apply online. You can apply online in the website, and if you have preference, you can also mention the store name. This is the very fast way.

And as you are student if you are looking for part time job so urgerntly, McDonalds is the fastest way to get job. 2nd one is Tesco. I am not sure about the other stores.
