International exchange student still under STUDENT PASS.
student pass holder witch to work part time is subject to MOM ( ministry of manpower ) requirement.
Foreign students are not allowed to work in Singapore during term time or vacation time unless they are granted Work Pass exemption under the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Work Pass Exemptions) Notification. The details of the exemption notification are available below.

They will be prosecuted under the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act (EFMA) if they are found to be working in Singapore without a valid work pass.

exchange student MAY not FULL TIME UNIVERSITY STUDENT. under MOM LAW , you cant work for part time.
is general , no employer will hire you. if not MOM will take action again them.
